All Awake Campaign
Brief:
Develop a campaign/concept to encourage young people to open up and start a conversation about their mental health, and to know that Mind has services available to help.
Aim:
a campaign that promotes mental health care and healthy sleep among Gen Z. The aim was to advertise the Mind Charity.
Process:
I did my best to highlight the importance of talking to peers and reaching out to Mind when struggling with lack of sleep and anxiety. Regarding the video, it was important for me to create a character relatable to students and show that good change is possible.
Campaign Message:
Every young adult I have talked to has experienced a lack of sleep due to daily stress or anxiety. The point is, we should all be helping each other to sure the problem. We can also call Mind, the mental health charity for more advice.
